The "Crack Cocaine" Of Protein!

Shame on you!

Like some strung out pusher, you head off to the gym, day after day, to slap your muscles around as they beg for another "fix" of protein.

Rep after rep, workout after workout, you tear them apart and instead of giving them the "good stuff", you string them out on cheap, "filler" crap you picked up out of some catalog because you thought...

..."Hey, protein is protein, right?"

WRONG!

As I've stated before, not all protein is the same.

But there's actually a "super-potent" form of protein that few people ever use...

...and it can DRASTICALLY increase your muscle-building progress!

Of course I'm talking about branched chain amino acids (BCAA's)!

BCAA's are an "old school" supplement and the reason so many people haven't used it is because it's VERY expensive...

BCAA's are basically broken down protein that's VERY rapidly absorbed by your muscle cells for use in the recovery and growth of muscle tissue.

BCAA's are so potent that just 5 grams of BCAA's is equal to about 20-25 grams of whey protein.

"wake up Jeff" Your body will grow much better on a high quality hydrolysed WPI or Hydrolysed casein which are both very high in BCAA's and other "essential amino acids". Everyone in the industry knows (I own a supplement company)that your body will absorb peptides better than straight amino acids. Maybe you bough the cheap crap???

I'm actually hoping Jeff reads this or if not someone with some good knowledge will step up and guide me. I have purchased Jeff's Hardgainer Project X program and started reading it. While reading it dawned I me that maybe I need to drop some fat first before adding muscle or tackling the hargainer plan. Presently I weigh around 214#, BF% of approx. 14% I'm 6'2" and kinda have the belly and maybe the skinny fat look. Should I get rid of the fat and weight like using Jeff'e Combat the Fat program or stick with what I got-HardgainersProject X? Any thoughts?? Anyone? Jeff maybe....please!! ;-)

MAybe also Jeff knows something to help to get the bcaa mixed? they mix incredibly bad. Also the taste is awful - not worse than arginin hcl or creatine ethyl ester in powder form, but close to that. But adding a lot of taste like kool-aid doesn't help with the mixing problem. You will still have a foamy, powdery something swimming on your drink, making you want to throw up.

Jeff, you think pre-mixed products are a rip-off? Well, purebulk.com itself is a ripoff. Even with your 5% off coupon it's still more expensive than other "bulk" suppliers. It's hard for me to believe that they're trying to sell creatine mono(chinese creatine at that) for over $30 a kilo. Every, and I mean literally EVERY other bulk supplier is selling a kilo for $20 or less. Nutraplanet.com for example, sell theirs for $12.95. You can even buy a kilo of the good German stuff (creapure) for $18.89 at swansonvitamins.com. Those prices are without coupons. Purebulk is Pureripoff...
