Does Exercise Make You Hungrier?

For "dieters" trying to lose weight but are having problems with hunger pains, a new review may shed some light on your solution...

The paper just published about exercise and its effect on body composition recently attributed, in part, that exercise for losing fat helped reduce hunger and therefore could assist people who are trying to lose weight through dieting alone, but find themselves hungry a lot due to the calorie restriction. In other words, if you FEEL less hungry, you'll eat less, and it appears that exercise can be instrumental in combating hunger pains.

This is great news for dieters who were afraid to exercise more simply because they felt it would make them hungrier and they would end up eating more.

It appears that the result is quite the opposite and this is yet another reason why trying to burn fat through a fat burning diet alone is not the best approach. Exercise will speed up your results AND help you feel less hunger.
