Jeff, is it possible to implement the sprint workouts(from the HGH "free chapter") into an Optimum Anabolics program? If so, then why does this not apply to your theory that training a body part more than once a week will lead to no muscle growth, or muscle loss?

Also, if the sprints would benefit, then would it still be beneficial to only do them twice a week instead of three(it would fit better with your program)? So it would be Monday sprints, Wednesday leg day, Friday sprints; or would that be working the legs too much?
